Scope of Services

Customer Care Center provides doorstep repair and maintenance services for household and commercial appliances, including but not limited to:

  • Refrigerator
  • Washing Machine
  • Air Conditioner
  • Television (LED / LCD / Smart TV)
  • Microwave Oven
  • Dishwasher
  • RO / Water Purifier

Our services include diagnosis, repair, spare part replacement, preventive maintenance, and performance testing.

Service Eligibility
  • Services are primarily provided for out-of-warranty appliances
  • For appliances under manufacturer warranty, customers are advised to contact authorized service centers
  • Our services are independent and do not represent any appliance brand
Service Process
  • Service Booking : Customers can book services via phone or online
  • Technician Visit : A trained technician visits the service location
  • Diagnosis : Appliance inspection and fault identification
  • Estimate Approval : Repair cost is explained before starting work
  • Repair & Testing : Work is completed using suitable parts and tested thoroughly
  • Service Completion : Service is closed after customer satisfaction
Pricing & Payments

Pricing Policy

Service charges depend on:

  • Appliance type, model, and condition
  • Nature and complexity of the problem
  • Spare part availability and cost
  • Labor and time required
  • Visit / Inspection Charges

Visit / Inspection Charges

  • A nominal inspection fee may apply if the customer chooses not to proceed with repair after diagnosis
  • The inspection fee is waived if repair is approved

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due immediately after service completion
  • Accepted payment modes include cash, UPI, bank transfer, or digital payment
  • For special or advance-order parts, partial payment may be required
  • All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes
Warranty & Guarantee

Warranty Coverage

  • Service Work : 14 days
  • Repair Work : 1–3 months (depending on service type)
  • Spare Parts : 3–6 months (manufacturer terms apply)

Warranty Limitations

Warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse, negligence, or improper handling
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Electrical surges, water damage, fire, or external causes
  • Repairs performed by unauthorized persons after our service
  • Issues unrelated to the original repair
Customer Responsibilities

Before Service

  • Provide accurate appliance and issue details
  • Ensure safe and clear access to the appliance

During Service

  • Approve estimates before repair begins
  • Follow safety instructions given by the technician

After Service

  • Verify appliance performance before technician leaves
  • Keep service invoice for warranty reference
  • Report issues within the warranty period
Limitation of Liability
  • Our liability is limited to the amount charged for the specific service provided
  • Customer Care Center is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Pre-existing faults not disclosed during diagnosis are excluded
Right to Refuse Service

Customer Care Center reserves the right to refuse service in cases of:

  • Unsafe working conditions
  • Abusive or inappropriate behavior
  • Appliances posing safety risks
  • Locations outside service coverage
  • Requests violating legal or safety standards
Modifications to Terms

Customer Care Center may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will apply immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to Indian jurisdiction only.
